Tenant Selection
with Howards Tenancy Assessment
If we feel that an applicant will prove suitable for a tenancy, they
are required to complete a Tenant Assessment Form. This information from
the prospective tenant allows us to obtain relevant references and undertake
a full credit check on the individual.
Deposits
It is our normal practice to require tenants to pay a deposit against
damages and dilapidations equal to a months rent. This deposit is held
by ourselves, and is only returnable when the tenant has vacated the
property, and we have carried out our final inspection and we are satisfied
that the property has been left in suitable condition after making due
allowance for fair wear and tear.
