Property Management Team

The team in the Property Management department are proud to have been part of the local community for many years, supporting their clients through the many changes and competition that come and go in the lettings market.

With over 40 years’ combined experience and their enthusiasm and drive to exceed their clients’ expectations and their incredibly high standards of personal service, they truly increase their clients’ prospects of finding the perfect tenant for their property.

Meet The Staff
Head of Property Management - Jacquie
Head of Property Management - Jacquie Jacquie is Head of Property Management for Howards. She is a member of ARLA which is the Association of Residential Letting Agents. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Property Administration and a NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, and has been involved in the Lettings industry for approximately fifteen years. She believes in having good customer care relationships with both landlords and tenants to whom we have a duty of care and giving a good service to all. Jacquie and her family have lived in Great Yarmouth for the last thirty-five years and knows the area very well, she has also dealt with Lettings in the Lowestoft and surrounding areas.
Property Manager - Rachel
Property Manager - Rachel Rachel has worked for Howards Residential Lettings since 2001 and has been part-time since 2009. She had previous experience in the property management sector where she has previously worked for a Gas Engineers/Plumbers and Roofing Contractors Company as a Secretary/Personal Assistant. Rachel has a good working relationship with both landlords and tenants and is always ready to help and assist in all aspects of the lettings role. Rachel has lived in the Great Yarmouth all her life and is very familiar with the area and can advise prospective tenants and landlords of areas that are suitable for their requirements including local amenities.
Property Manager - Lynne
Property Manager - Lynne Lynne first joined John Howard & Partners in 1974 as a Junior Shorthand Typist and gained experience in all departments of Sales, Lettings and Surveys. After several years at home raising a family and enjoying time on her hobbies of knitting, sewing and gardening, Lynne returned to work in the Lettings Department of Howards in 1995. She has since qualified as a member of M.A.R.L.A. and has an NVQ 2 in Customer Services. Lynne is always available in the office to deal with any problems or repairs reported by tenants.
Property Manager - Sarah
Property Manager - Sarah Sarah started working in estate agency in 2009 within the lettings Industry. Since working with Howards she has achieved an NVQ2 in Administration and Customer Service.
Property Manager - Rosie
Property Manager - Rosie Rosie has settled in well at Gorleston working within the busy lettings department, she completed her NVQ at City College Norwich and is very proud of her accomplishments so far.
