It also allows you to upload photos of your problem that may help our contractors to bring the right tools and equipment to fix your problem.
Repairs for non-emergencies that are reported online are likely to be dealt with more quickly than those that are reported by telephone or by email.
Emergencies must continue to be reported to us by telephone. In the case of an emergency please call 01493 665005 for instructions.
If the agent or contractor visits your property and it is not deemed an emergency you may be required to pay a call out charge
