Sandra and the team at Great Yarmouth Howards are proud to have been part of the local community for many years, supporting their clients through the many changes and competition that come and go in the property market.
They accredit this success to their local knowledge, over 40 years combined experience and their enthusiasm and drive to exceed their clients’ expectations. Even through difficult property markets they have successfully achieved the best results for their valued clients, helping guide Great Yarmouth and the surrounding property market out of the property blues of 2008/9.
During 2013 they have continued to contradict National property trends by far outselling their competitors, whilst at the same time establishing an upward curve in property sales for the area. Together with their human approach, understanding of the advantages to living in the area, combined with incredibly high standards of personal service, they truly increase their clients’ prospects of finding the perfect buyer for their home.
Visitors have been coming to Great Yarmouth since the late 1700s and the resort is now one of the most popular in the UK for day trips, weekend breaks and longer holidays. It is an active resort with mile upon mile of glorious soft sands, perfect for all the traditional activities from building sand castles to a game of Frisbee.
The seafront, known as the ‘Golden Mile’ has many great attractions including the award-winning Pleasure Beach, a mixture of traditional and all-new exciting rides for the thrill seeker and Joyland with its gentler funfair rides. To slow down the pace, take a gentle stroll down the Victorian Britannia Pier and see the amazing Scroby Sands wind farm in the distance, relax with a leisurely ride in a horse-drawn carriage or enjoy some family madness with a round of crazy golf and when the sun goes down the fun just continues. There are a great range of shows on at the Britannia Pier throughout the summer season, the thrilling Summer Circus and Water Spectacular at the Hippodrome, greyhound racing at Yarmouth Stadium three evenings a week, 10 pin bowling and numerous restaurants for eating out.
